Cleveland Land Services started trading in 1968 as a reclamation contractor and has extended its operations to include landscape, civil engineering, drainage, sports facilities construction and maintenance works, becoming a limited company in 1978.
Cleveland Land Services currently employs over 80 full time staff and has a turnover in excess of £7m per annum.
The company operates from Park Farm, Dunsdale near Guisborough in Cleveland.

Construction Regulations 2007
Cleveland Land Services undertake the role and all associated obligations of Principal Contractor, as defined under the 2007 CDM regulations.
All associated project health and safety plans including method statements and risk assessments are compiled in-house and have proven to satisfy the most stringent of client requirements.
Quality Assurance
Cleveland Land Services are currently operating to a draft BS Quality System (ISO 9002).
