SCH Deep Mounted Slitter

This deep mounted slitter includes nine heavy duty slitter 'stars' on 50mm steal axles complete with bearing bolts to the carrying frame. Up to 125mm slits can be achieved in suitable conditions. Extra weight may be added if required. 

SCH Combination Turf Groomer

This three point linkage mounted combination turf groomer is a multi tasking unit that is used to groom sports pitches prior to use or at the finish of play. The leading star shaped slitter bar pierces the surface to increase drainage and the brush and rake bars tickle over the surface to enhance the quality and appearance of the area. The rear roller then firms up the surface and gives that much sought after striping. All three tools can be adjusted by individual screw jacks for depth and pressure. A weight tray is incorporated in the design to allow a top weight to be added if required. If not in use, the tray also acts as a useful general purpose carrier. 

SCH Artificial Turf Towed Sweeper

This sweeper benefits from a sprung floor to allow the sand to flow back through the base of the hopper, whilst at the same time collecting debris such as leaves and twigs. A differential mechanism on the brushes allows the sweeper to be maneuvered in tight corners and height adjustment is simple. Both wheel drive the pick up brushes giving excellent sweeping power. The main drive is transmitted via metal gears. A cover plate is supplied with each machine to cover the mesh floor in sweeping operations where all debris is required to be collected. 

SCH Artificial Turf Grooming Rake

This artificial surface grooming rake is a small, basic machine that is ideal for carrying out routine maintenance on artificial playing surfaces with a sand base. The two rows of spring tines tease through the playing surface to remove any compaction and aid drainage. A weight tray is incorporated within the design so a top weight may be added to aid penetration on heavily compacted surfaces. The trailing brush both levels and grooms the playing surface in one smooth operation. Each working row of tines may be lifted individually to suit your grooming requirements.
