Rink SP950 Pedestrian Top Dresser
The self-propelled Rink SP950 is powered by a 6.5hp engine. The weight of the unit is evenly distributed over 6 wheels in order to minimize ground pressure and maintain manoeuvrability. The easy to load hopper handles a range of materials for both natural and synthetic turf pitches such as top dressing sand, rubber crumb infill and sand infill. All materials are evenly spread thanks to the adjustable gate & brush.
This fully automatic, radio-controlled infilling machine applies the exact dosage of sand and/or rubber into modern artificial turf surfaces with ease. Even when the pile is extremely high the prescribed amounts of sand or granulate can be exactly distributed and worked into the system by use of non-rotating/oscillating brushes. A free-hanging brush unit with separate brushes straightens and evens out the carpet pile as the sand is spread ensuring the pile is in an upright position. The oscillating brush unit which follows, is adjustable in height and works the material into a level surface in one process. The required quantities of sand and rubber granules are exactly distributed and spread in proportion to the speed at which the machine is driving using the automated settings. The infill material can be applied at a rate of 2.5 - 40 kg/m². The weight of the machine is supported by 8 air-filled, low-pressure tires which conform to the low ground pressure requirements of synthetic surfaces. The four pairs of wheels can be pivoted through 120° for extremely easy manoeuvres and forklift slots make loading a safe operation.
