This three point linkage mounted combination turf groomer is a multi tasking unit that is used to groom sports pitches prior to use or at the finish of play. The leading star shaped slitter bar pierces the surface to increase drainage and the brush and rake bars tickle over the surface to enhance the quality and appearance of the area. The rear roller then firms up the surface and gives that much sought after striping. All three tools can be adjusted by individual screw jacks for depth and pressure. A weight tray is incorporated in the design to allow a top weight to be added if required. If not in use, the tray also acts as a useful general purpose carrier.
The Dakota 440 is a large capacity, highly versatile top dresser & material handler. It will handle both wet and dry material allowing light to heavy dressing and can be loaded with a 1.8m wide tractor bucket. This deep mounted slitter includes nine heavy duty slitter 'stars' on 50mm steal axles complete with bearing bolts to the carrying frame. Up to 125mm slits can be achieved in suitable conditions. Extra weight may be added if required.
